Tasks

-Implementing integrated project planning initiatives: Adhere to the processes and drive the implementation of new initiatives, leading to fully integrated planning. -Collaborating with other planners including other product line and engineering planners also the execution functions (engineering/procurement/manufacturing/quality/logistics) to ensure the quality/accuracy. -Managing Schedules: Overseeing the overall project schedule management, ensuring its quality and accuracy (update of dates, progress, scope definition). -Supporting project management: providing visibility of tasks, risks in schedules and mitigation actions lastly the opportunities in the schedule. -Evaluating current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects. -Supporting with the customer: Interacting with the customer (internal and external) to provide updates on schedule and explaining the current situation/challenges/opportunities. -Providing relevant reports to ensure Project Manager has the tools to make the right decisions and drive on-time/on-budget project execution

What You Bring

-Have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks. -Have proven interpersonal and relationship building skills. Be fluent in English and Mandarin (Oral and Written). -Be proficient in Primavera P6 as planning tool and MS office. -Be able to independently schedule multiple projects. -Be familiar with Project Management concept including API 6A/17D. -Have at least 5 years of extensive project planning experience (integrated schedules during bidding and execution).
