Overview
Inspect and inventory railroad crossings across lower SC, with travel and field work.

Tasks
-Measure grades approaching crossings for signage purposes -Take pictures and use CAD layouts of crossings to ensure signage is correct -Measure reflectivity of signs with retro reflectometer -Inspect & Inventory Railroad Crossings across the lower half of South Carolina from Columbia down to the Coast -Compile results from field inspection and input into excel database and format pictures taken for sumbittals

What You Bring
-Willingness to travel and be in the field - this role is 75% in field and 25% in office -Valid driver’s license -Acceptable driving record -Can lift 25 pounds -Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation -High School diploma or Associate's Degree -Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) -5+ years professional experience (preferred) -Experience with ArcGIS
