Tasks

This role acts as a technical liaise, bridging the U.S. and international markets, supporting the design and delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) through close collaboration with overseas engineering and construction partners. You’ll play a hands-on role in turning high-level project concepts into optimized system designs that drive the next generation of renewable infrastructure. -Manage design documentation, revisions, and quality control for project deliverables. -Collaborate with global stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and execution teams. -Support the conceptual and preliminary design of large-scale BESS projects — layouts, SLDs, schematics, and system drawings. -Apply creative judgment to improve system efficiency, constructability, and cost. -Translate design constraints and technical inputs from international partners into practical engineering solutions.

What You Bring

-Self-driven communicator comfortable working across time zones (Denver base, hybrid schedule.) -2–8 years’ experience in electrical, mechanical, or renewable system design, ideally within BESS, solar, or power generation. -Solid understanding of electrical layouts, cabling, interconnection, and equipment integration. -Strong proficiency in CAD-based design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
