Supports procurement activities, sourcing, negotiating, and PO management across projects in Canada.

Tasks

-Collaborate with project teams and client procurement representatives -Issue RFQs and manage bid package preparation, evaluation, and documentation -Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers -Prepare and administer Purchase Orders (POs) -Maintain confidentiality in all bidding and procurement activities -Develop supplier lists and conduct evaluations -Monitor supplier performance and milestone dates -Ensure compliance with policies and regulations -Support continuous improvement and strategic planning -Expedite material orders and resolve schedule conflicts -Administer and distribute procurement reports -Manage PO discrepancies, revisions, and closeouts -Participate in planning meetings and mentor junior staff
