The Role

Overview

Maintain & troubleshoot telemetry and control systems at wastewater sites.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Triage and repair off-site communication issues -Diagnose and resolve IP network faults (routers, switches, comms) -Support capital and operational projects to ensure assets are fit for purpose -Participate in a callout rota and lone working when required associated with premium pay -Maintain and optimise telemetry equipment and RTUs

What You Bring

-Strong fault-finding skills across analogue/digital control systems -Proven experience in field-based telemetry, SCADA, or control systems -Full UK Driving Licence -Familiarity with information security best practices and NIS directive -HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience -Deep understanding of IP networking, routing, and wide area comms
