As the On-Site Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and property upkeep. This role demands someone who is highly organized, consistent, and service-oriented while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and all related documentation. Ensure all leases are up-to-date and compliant with regulations. Track lease expiration dates and maintain an accurate resident database. -Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
