Branch Coordinator

Supports branch operations, coordinating dispatches, billing, and warranty claims.

Tasks

-Operation of general office equipment -Complete invoices in customer work order networks and in-house software for customers assigned -All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment. -Process and track Manufacturer warranty claims -The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, hear, see and talk. -Process NTE increases requests in customer work order networks and in-house software for customers/s as assigned -Monitor and maintain customer work order networks and refrigerant tracking websites as assigned -Manage dispatches in "For Review", finalize and submit to billing -Work closely with the Branch Manager, Service Manager, and FSSs to elevate and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner

What You Bring

-3+ years of clerical or administrative experience -Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook -Strong communication skills -High School Diploma/ GED -Detailed and accurate -Strong organizational skills -Light to moderate lifting may be required. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. -Good problem-solving skills -Excellent oral and written communication skills
