Tasks

-Complete Generator Maintenance and Servicing within contracted timeframes -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency -Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Engineering Hygiene, Risk Assessments, and safe working practices in a hazardous environment -Provide technical advice and support to other trades regarding fault investigation and generator-related matters -Conduct training and mentoring of apprentices

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills -Recognised and accredited trade qualifications of City & Guilds standards or above -Capable of completing essential paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. -Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities -Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -Proficient in fault finding and diagnostic abilities on both mechanical and electrical components -Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices -Competent computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, MS Teams), and the ability to learn new software systems
