Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand and power tools.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all heavy duty equipment and/or related equipment in a timely fashion and on customer site.
Adhere to Finning expense claim policies and ensure proper management of expenses.
Maintain and track inventory and tooling within approved inventory levels.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer specifications.
Perform routine maintenance work.
Work as part of a team to meet Finning customer service commitments.
Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed.
Ensure all service documentation and billing is accurate and properly recorded.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required.
Travel to customer facilities and worksite where and when required, communicating field work to Service Supervisor to maximize service hours.
