Scheduling Coordinator

Overview

Oversee repair jobs end‑to‑end, scheduling trades, client liaison and invoicing.

Tasks

-Schedule Trades: Allocate in-house technicians and external suppliers, liaise with estimators and supervisors, and manage bookings with building stakeholders. -Manage Budgets: Monitor project budgets, seek approvals for variations, and ensure compliance with KPIs. -Coordinate Repairs: Register new jobs, obtain client approvals, and maintain accurate records in our workflow system. -Administration: Handle calls, maintain spreadsheets, and complete ad-hoc tasks as required. -Communicate Effectively: Keep clients informed, respond to queries promptly, and update client portals in line with SLAs. -Ensure Compliance: Oversee trade inductions and maintain service levels during peak periods.

What You Bring
