Tasks

-Manage the delivery of diverse end user services, including device provisioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for hardware such as cell phones, printers, and specialized executive devices. -Oversee major projects as designated by the Systems Manager, End User Services. -Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday -Advocate for and oversee the delivery of tailored IT services and solutions that address the unique needs of senior leaders and executives. -Develop and maintain streamlined processes to ensure executives receive comprehensive, efficient, and proactive IT support for all their technology needs. -Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the IT Executive Support function. -Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday -The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. -Provide strategic leadership and direction to a high-performing team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional IT support to executive users. -Identify opportunities to enhance IT support processes, leverage new technologies, and implement best practices to improve the executive support experience.

What You Bring

-Associate's Degree and a minimum five (5) years of relevant full-time experience in a Information Technology, customer, desktop, or presentation support environment. or -Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday -Master's Degree and a minimum two (2) years of relevant full-time experience in a Information Technology, customer, desktop, or presentation support environment. -Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds -Excellent organizational skills -Ability to inspire and develop staff -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. -Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information System, Engineering, Business/Finance or related field and a minimum three (3) years of relevant full-time experience in an Information Technology, customer, desktop, or presentation support environment. -Demonstrated problem solving skills -Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments -Excellent project management, analytical and communications skills, required. -Bachelor's Degree and a minimum three (3) years of relevant full-time experience in a Information Technology, customer, desktop, or presentation support environment. or -Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday -Effective leadership skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated analytical skills -Driver's License Required -Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion -Must have experience in managing projects, representing the organization in building and fostering relationships with customers, support groups, and vendors, and render sound business decisions, required. -Project Demonstrated project management skills -High School Diploma/GED and a minimum seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience in a Information Technology, customer, desktop, or presentation support environment. or -Technical and supervisory or managerial experience with a proven ability to motivate people, required. -Demonstrated customer service skills -Experience working in an Information Technology, customer, desktop, or presentation support environment, required. -Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
