-Coach and Inspire: Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence. -Be the Face of SERVPRO: Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction. -Be a Problem-Solver: Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe. -Lead the Charge: Mentor restoration technicians, set clear expectations, and maintain high standards on every project. -Own the Details: Document job progress, manage labor, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. -Step Up in Emergencies: Participation in an on-call rotation, assisting with local and out-of-town storm recovery efforts is required.
