Tasks
-The Lead Logistics Specialist will strategically plan and coordinate material deliveries to job sites. -The Lead Logistics Specialist will forecast needs for projects. -Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. -The Lead Logistics Specialist will facilitate material orders to align with project schedules. -The Lead Logistics Specialist will maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. -The Lead Logistics Specialist meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. -The Lead Logistics Specialist will resolve any arising problems or complaints. -The Lead Logistics Specialist will keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

What You Bring
-Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company. -Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of logistics experience. -Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. -Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. -Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s). -Must able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed. -Must have proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). -Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project). -Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements. -Must meet Company minimum driving standards. -Must be able to learn Company and customer project management systems.
