Tasks

We are hiring a mid-senior Event Manager to lead premium real estate launch events and weekly activations for buyers and B2B partners. -Manage weekly buyer & partner events -Oversee F&B, AV, staging, creatives, guest lists -Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Operations -Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, budgets, and logistics -Lead on-site execution (including late/long hours during major events) -Plan and execute large-scale launch events (arenas, luxury hotels, major venues)
