Tasks

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the appointed Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role suits a results-driven individual with a strong background in construction management and a commitment to excellence in project delivery. -Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities in line with contractual and programme requirements. -Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the management team, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. -Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality benchmarks. -Report progress accurately and in a timely manner to senior management. -Manage resources and schedules to meet key project milestones. -Collaborate with the project Quantity Surveyor to anticipate and resolve potential issues. -Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, quality, and client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, within budget, and snag-free. -Deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations while maintaining strong, professional relationships with design teams and client representatives.
