The Role
Overview
Assemble water heater components and perform sheet‑metal tasks in a manufacturing plant.

Tasks
-Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sheet Metal Supervisor or Company management. -Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. -Keep work area clean and organized. -Assist experienced sheet metal workers. -Stock supplies; at time using a forklift. -Operate machines under a certified operator.

What You Bring
-Strong oral and written communications skills. -Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. -Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds. -Good interpersonal skills. -Drive forklift. -Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable. -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. -Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. -Punctuality and dependability. -Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions properly. -Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers. -On-the-job training on ERP system (Epicor). -Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses. -Ability to learn how to operate machines needed to complete tasks. -Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor. -1 year manufacturing facility experience referred. -Must be able to read tape measurements and do basic math. -Learn basic factory environment and basic on machines. -Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Ability to stand for long periods of time.
