Tasks

-Leverage strategic thinking to anticipate client problems and provide innovative and impactful solutions. -Develop and contribute to training curriculums and materials for consultants and analysts. -Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts for the pursuit and delivery of consulting projects. -Liaise with clients, often as the first point of contact for all project-related communications. -Manage the delivery of third-party vendors and subcontractors, including contracts, scope, schedule, and budget. -Facilitate workshop sessions with senior-level client teams to understand client requirements, uncover needs and develop action plans. -Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. -Compile, distribute, and present status reports, including project progress, schedule, cost, and budget impacts to internal and external stakeholders. -Plan, organize and direct consulting projects, including the overall pursuit, negotiation, execution, cost, schedule, and quality of deliverables. -Establish project teams, coordinate activities amongst multiple disciplines and ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff. -Provide managerial direction and work assignments to consultants and analysts. -Complies with all policies and standards. -Ensure prime contract, subcontractor, and supplier invoicing is processed in a timely manner in alignment with agreements. -Provide performance feedback to personnel managers for project team members as appropriate.

What You Bring

-Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients. -Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Excellent planning and analytical skills. -Master's Degree MBA preferred. -Ability to uncover customer needs, develop recommendations and deliver them persuasively. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently interpret large data sets. -Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements. -Strong understanding of financial concepts. -Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related degree from an accredited program and 13 years of relevant consulting experience.
