Assistant Project Manager

Assist PM in planning, coordinating, and overseeing heavy civil construction projects.

Tasks

-Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. -Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status. -Resolve issues or conflicts during the construction process. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. -Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing construction projects. -Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality completion of projects. -Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. -Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

What You Bring

-2-8 years of field experience in heavy civil/underground utilities construction. -Experience with Procore and construction management. -Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. -Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with clients. -Experience in construction, specifically heavy civil construction and underground utilities. -Experience with HCSS. -Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
