Assistant Manager - Technical (MIS)

Handle EHS/ESG data collection, analysis and reporting for HDFC sites

Tasks

-Ensure data accuracy through automation, validation routines, and audit trails. -Data analysis on KWH consumption of DG/Chillers/HVAC System -Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for internal stakeholders of HDFC Management. -Analyze trends and anomalies in data to identify areas for operational improvement or risk. -Liaise with HDFC site teams, EHS officers, facility managers, and third-party vendors for timely data inputs. -Support sustainability and compliance reporting. -Coordinate with ESG and sustainability leads to align data tracking with strategic goals. -Develop and maintain centralized dashboards and databases for tracking site performance. -Assist in implementing and maintaining MIS-related technologies and digital solutions.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree – Technical vertical -Experience in handling large datasets from multiple sources. -Understanding RCA of Technical SNAGS -Problem-solving mindset and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. -Understanding of IFM industry operations and sustainability reporting standards. -Reduction in manual data collation through automation -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau. -Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting formats and insights -Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. -Work with digital tools such as Excel, Power BIHDFC Portal, or EHS/ESG software platforms. -Familiarity with ESG frameworks and EHS regulatory compliance will be an advantage. -Timeliness and accuracy of data reporting -2–5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in IFM, real estate, EHS, or sustainability sectors.
