Tasks
-Lead or support implementation of new affordable-related products or enhancements. -Data compliance audit support completed on time -Customize system workflows to align with affordable program requirements and operational needs. -Maintain affordable compliance rules in Yardi to ensure accurate certification processing and reporting. -Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in accordance with compliance and company policy. -Train new users on Yardi functionality, with a focus on affordable housing workflows and data entry standards. -Configure and maintain affordable-specific elements, including income/rent limits, unit eligibility restrictions, and compliance rules. -Serve as the subject matter expert and system administrator for Yardi’s Affordable Housing tools and modules. -Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and regulatory alignment. -Collaborate with the Manager, Yardi Systems to roll out operational and compliance system improvements. -Support annual business process reviews with department stakeholders to maintain system alignment. -Coordinate system updates and module version control with the Manager, Yardi Systems. -Participate in cross-functional Yardi-related projects and contribute affordable housing expertise. -Provide Tier 2 support for site-level users and serve as a cross-departmental escalation point for affordable Yardi -Identify opportunities for improved system utilization, automation, and compliance efficiency. -Ensure timely implementation of new affordable housing regulations and Yardi software releases. -Assist in the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and affordable module enhancements. -Monitor and support the implementation of compliance updates across all relevant properties and programs. -Assist in documenting procedures, creating solution guides, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Oversee system setup, configurations, and updates as related to affordable housing compliance, property -Troubleshoot program-specific validation errors and escalate unresolved compliance issues when necessary.

What You Bring
-Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. -Experience supporting, managing and optimizing end-user environments. -Excellent customer service skills to interact with all levels of employees and external customers. -Strong understanding of TRACS, MINC, and compliance file formats required -Skilled on data entry for system input with excellent proofreading skills. -Ticket resolution within SLA -Light work that may require waling, stooping, crouching and lifting up to 30 lbs. on occasion. -Certifications and mid-high level affordable housing knowledge required. -proficient on Word and Outlook. -Ability to learn a variety of business applications specific to our industry. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet deadlines. -problem-solving skills. -Self-Sufficient and resourceful -Mid-level or above accounting knowledge -Yardi Voyager deployment, administration and troubleshooting experience preferred or willing to train. -Detail-oriented and able to document effectively -Work experience or education equivalent to an associate or bachelor’s degree. -COS, BOS, TCS, STAR, COSA, C3P and higher -Able to effectively work on a team and work independently as needed. -Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance. -Affordable module setup accuracy (rent/income limits, validations logic, etc) -Excellent listening and communication skills (written and oral). -Collaborative, friendly to handle issues as they arise. -Strong Excel, skills -SQL basic knowledge -Flexibility to travel for site visits, meetings, trainings, and events, including occasional overnight stays. -Flexible, adaptable to change projects quickly as needed. -Business Professionalism and excellent business judgment. -strong problem-solving skills -Validation error resolution success rate -Ability to work independently and effectively to support a team. -Excellent time management skills.
