Overview

Process payroll, perform data analytics, reporting and compliance for union/prevailing wage.

Tasks

-Processes payroll within Company assigned frequencies, which includes compiling payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and withholding union dues, and preparing and issuing paychecks. -Supports reconciliation of outstanding payroll checks with the corporate Accounting team. -Perform additional assignments per management’s direction. -Complete union required reporting in an accurate and timely manner. -Perform off-cycle payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner, within the guidelines of the company program. -Collect and evaluates data from multiple systems surrounding Union fringes. -Support published corporate policies.

What You Bring

-Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan. -Union, Construction, Prevailing Wage payroll knowledge preferred. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products preferred. -Planning and organizational skills preferred. -3+ years’ experience with in-house payroll processing. -High School diploma / GED required. -Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
