Tasks

-Support project pursuits with strategy, scheduling, and technical input. -Prioritize safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. -Lead project meetings, reporting, and financial forecasting. -Oversee compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards. -Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and scopes of work. -Represent the company to clients and partners. -Assist with bidding, subcontractor outreach, and estimating. -Ensure timely billing and accurate cost tracking. -Develop and manage project schedules and labor forecasts.

What You Bring

-Physically able to inspect job sites and travel as needed. -OSHA 10/30 and First Responder certifications required. -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -USACE Quality Manager certification and LEED AP BD+C are a plus. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Must pass background check, drug screening, and federal clearance. -Experience with federal projects (DoD or civilian agencies) preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering. -Able to read and interpret complex construction documents (civil, structural, architectural, MEP). -Familiar with RMS, ProCore, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook. -5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in project management roles. -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
