Tasks

-Lead post-bid reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvemen -Develop and maintain pursuit schedules and ensure all deadlines are met -Work closely with project and technical teams to source input and insights -Coach internal stakeholders for client presentations and workshops -Manage the full bid lifecycle: planning, content development, coordination, submission and post-bid engagement -Write and edit high-quality tender responses tailored to specific client requirements

-Proven experience in bid or submissions management within the construction industry -Strong writing and editing skills — clear, persuasive and structured -A sharp eye for detail, quality and compliance -Strong relationship-building and influencing skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timeframes, and stakeholder inputs
