Tasks

-Should be able to work alone or as part of a team, taking ownership for assigned deliverables & outputs. -Coordinating with design colleagues to ensure best practice is achieved and the highest quality outcomes are delivered to clients. -Where needed, take support from the Senior Architect leading the project. -Coordinating across offices for resource support and management where required -Provide design input to design solutions for resolution of design proposals either at Concept or Schematic or Detail Design or IFC.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of cloud platforms such as BIM 360. -Detailed knowledge and experience of delivering projects in BIM up to LOD 300 as a minimum. -Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different disciplines. -Be inventive and imaginative in building design. -Experience of Enscape, Lumion or other rendering engines to test design ideas as they are resolved. -Knowledge of Navisworks, 3DStudio MAX, Rhino and Photoshop is added advantage. -Degree qualified in Architecture. Preferable to have Master’s degree in Architecture. -Experience of using clash detection softwares including setting up clash detection and preparing/ reviewing clash reports. -Knowledge in Architectural principles, techniques, and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable international standards. -Dynamic with good organizational skills and able to multi-task. -Practical, ‘hands-on’ and up-to-date experience in Architectural design. -Strong in communication skills (written/verbal) and able to contribute effectively to discipline specific discussions -Experience in the delivery of all design stages (Concept to IFC) of projects in Revit. -Demonstrated experience in using current architectural software packages including Revit Architecture and Navisworks. -Technical awareness for building design and detailing. -Minimum of 5 years post qualification focused on design, technical design and delivery including presentations and reports. -Knowledge of Revit Architecture with a commitment to continuing professional development.
