Support finance and procurement for Defence projects in Fyshwick PMO.

Tasks

-Process financial data entries and purchasing requests with accuracy and timeliness. -Collaborate within a fast-paced team to meet operational deadlines. -Draft financial documentation in line with Defence financial guidelines. -Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with internal processes.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping. -Adapt to changing priorities while supporting procurement and purchasing activities. -Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Experience or transferable skills in financial data entry and document preparation. -Knowledge of ROMAN and/or formal qualifications in Finance or Commerce (highly desirable).

Security Clearance
