Overview
Manage invoicing, payments, and client services in facility management.

Tasks
-Preparation of Cost center & facility wise Budget exposure. -Continuing to improve the accounts payable process. -Collecting various monthly information/reports from internal stake holders. -Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback -Ensure strict compliances with respect to MSME vendor -invoicing and payment on time -Preparation of creditors ageing report. -Keeping records in details & cross- check in audit view point. -Maintaining historical records. -Ensures resets back to agreed format, including owning Client’s Clear Deck policy / Lost property process as per enactment and associated reporting -Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. -Payment tracking from Oracle & update to respective stake holders. -Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators -To Assist Reporting Manager for the smooth running of operations. -Proactive checks to agreed schedule, reviewing ping reports from with a proportion after business hours so Occupants come back to refreshed and clean workspace -Keeping track of all PO, invoices, payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

What You Bring
-Adherence to GST process -Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines -Should have in depth knowledge in Invoice validation, accounting process & able to resolve invoices hold cases. -Proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis -Works well with diverse teams from various countries/cultures -Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively -An added benefit would be a Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field; however, this is not a must. -Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement -Has a natural hospitality-orientated communications acumen -Sound knowledge in chart of accounts (COA) while preparing the PO’s & invoice processing. -Sound knowledge in accruals / provision end to end process. -Detail focused and proactive in nature -A minimum of 2 to 5 years in the facility management industry/hospitality industry with a Bachelor’s degree -Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements -Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels -Proven ability to employ holistic approaches and looks at long term solutions -Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills -Strong analytical, organization and administration skills, Strong PC skills -Able to do vendor reconciliation with vendor balance confirmation & NDC documents. -Ability to manage conflict and balance between client and firm requirements -Able to do GL reconciliation & find out the gaps between monthly budget vs actuals, if any discrepancy. -Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using a quantitative approach -Open to new ideas & willing to challenge status quo
