- Make minor HVAC adjustments repairing or replacement of thermostat, change belts.
- Roof Inspections: check for leaks, debris
- Preventive Maintenance: Inspections of building equipment
- Keep property clean including
- Inspecting parking lot and garage lighting
- Working assigned work orders, creating works orders while on property
- Painting, sheetrock repair
- Assisting with Larger Projects: providing help to more experienced technicians with installations of new equipment (e.g., AC Units).
- Changing locks
- Maintaining a friendly and professional appearance and attitude when working with our clients.
- Keep up with building life safety Inspections making sure all tags are up to date:
- Contractors: meeting with contractors, following up with re-inspections
- Replacing light bulbs and light switches and fixtures
