Overview
Source and manage indirect supplies, negotiate, reduce costs, ensure compliance
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Receive and process purchase requisitions from the differents departments -Sourcing and control of suppliers -Issues quote requests to different suppliers to find best price, delivery and service, considering every expense associated with the purchase -Places purchase orders with most competitive supplier or according to the requestors need -Works with Import-Export specialist as a team to identify cost reductions, based on pricing, duties, broker fees and trasnportation costs -Complies with activities assigned by his supervisor -Expeditie deliveries when the dates of delivery are not acceptable

What You Bring
-SAP knowledge (desired) -Experience at least 1 year in a similar position -Computer literate -Business degree in administrative areas: Economy, admin. accountant, systems (preferred) and/or experience in a similar position -English 90% -Negotiation skills on pricing, terms, and service of indirect supplies -To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) including ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301 -Good communication skills -Problem solving
