Tasks

-Report monthly results vs plan / forecast, investigate variances and be proactive with corrective action plans. -Analyze monthly financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present findings to internal stakeholders. -Provide ad-hoc support as requested / needed. -Partner with functional leaders to understand future business drivers that will ultimately drive decision-making opportunities. -Create and maintain basic to complex financial models to support both short-term and long-term planning initiatives. -Prepare dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate financial results and overall business performance. -Assist in setting up yearly rebate, royalty, and commission agreements and benchmarking progress monthly to ensure accruals are accurate. -Develop new reporting solutions that promote automation and self-service to improve both efficiency and overall data accuracy. -Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis. -Ensure data integrity in the reporting process.
