The Role

Overview

Support Branch Manager across sites, handling client requests, staff and growth.

Tasks

-Carry out any reasonable request by the management team -Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting ABM strategies and best business practices to uphold the Company mission and values -Ensuring the client receives facilities services of the highest quality and support consistency and innovation -Provide operational support across a range of commercial and retail sites -Fostering long term profitable relationships with the client and support the Branch Manager on negotiating client contracts to increase new business opportunities where possible -Motivate and support a high performing team to achieve their objective -Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business -Support: Online chat or telephone service for urgent support in a crisis -Recruit, induct and develop talented employees within the business portfolio and to manage performance through appraisals, training and performance management -Nurture client relationships in order developing them for long term partnerships -Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the contracts

What You Bring

-Ability to work under own initiative with a proactive outlook -Proven experience of developing relationships -Ability to work unsupervised and take pride in your work -UK Driving License is essential -Able to follow instructions and a flexible approach -Strong communication skills -Experience working in a standards/compliance environment -Ability to work as part of a large regional and small site team -Well organised with attention to detail -Excellent client relationship management -Experience in identifying new business -Experience in a similar multi-site support position -Broad commercial experience
