Assist with public outreach, events, and communications for transportation projects.

Tasks

-Monitor and respond to public inquires via project hotlines and emails accounts. -Develop public outreach materials including postcards, fliers, emails and announcements. -Assist with day-to-day operations for assigned projects. -Develop effective public outreach strategies and plans for high profile transportation projects. -Participate in business development activities and engage with key clients. -Help organize and execute events including open houses, workshops, public hearings, neighborhood meetings, ground breakings, ribbon cuttings, workshops, conferences, one-on-one meetings and other public events. -Support and monitor scheduling and production deadlines to meet internal and external client requests for communications materials.
