Tasks

-Identify areas for improvement in design processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. -Lead and manage a team of technical team, providing guidance and expertise throughout the design process. -Oversee the development and implementation of design concepts, drawings , ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and standards. -Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and fittings for each project. -Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. -Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards in all design aspects. -Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and inconsistencies in design documentation. -Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall project plan. -Collaborate with the project management team to establish project requirements, objectives, and timelines. -Monitor the progress of design activities and provide regular updates to the project management team. -Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to identify potential conflicts or discrepancies. -Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any design challenges or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a keen eye for design precision. -Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. -Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and industry standards. -Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools, and rendering software. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. -In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out design principles, materials, and construction methods. -Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certification is a plus. -Excellent leadership and team management skills. -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in within the interior fit-out sector, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
