Overview
Assist project team with documentation, scheduling, communication, and field support.

Tasks
-Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries. -Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects. -Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes. -Process submittals and gather/distribute information; maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure processes stay within budget and on schedule.

-Basic math and accounting skills -Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry. -Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency. -Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. -Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as a team player with strong communication and organizational skills. -Ability to understand and follow directions effectively. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Team-oriented with strong dependability. -Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. -Outstanding attention to detail.
