Tasks

-Carry out work in accordance with Oceaneering operating procedures and statutory/client specifications and requirements. -Ensure that work area is safe to carry out NDT activities. -Produce a clear and concise report detailing the methods used in and results of the inspection and all finding noting any limitations / test restrictions is applicable. -Carry out the most effective NDT techniques to components requiring inspection. -Ensure inspection is carried out within the parameters of the applicable specification. -Produce a clear and concise report detailing the methods used in and results of the inspection and all finding noting any limitations / test restrictions is applicable. Ensure any areas of high density are communicated to supervision. -Ensure NDT equipment function tests are performed according to the procedure and any faulty equipment is detailed back to the supervisor. -Carry out risk assessments/Take II as required. -Participate in company/partnership technical forums to ensure knowledge update of innovative technology. -Evaluate results of the test in accordance with applicable specification -Carry out work in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet deadlines, changing priorities when the situation requires. -Ensure the work areas are kept clean and maintained. -Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. -When performing profile radiography ensure that a minimum of two exposures at 90 degrees are applied. Detail any limitations in reports with photographic evidence. -Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. -IT literate -PCN Level 2 Liquid Penetrant -Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills. -Valid Full UK driving license. -Basic Radiation Safety -Mathematical Skills- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. -Fit to Train -Eye Test -Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings. -Must have good communication skills. -PCN Level 2 Magnetic Particle -Ultrasonic Level Thickness & Lamination or L2
