Tasks

-Responsible for the operation and managing of a Utility Location and Subsurface Utility Engineering “SUE” field crew. -Organize field work and direct crew members, while accurately and efficiently collecting field data, locating features, and deliver data to the office, while maintaining accurate records of work and expenses.

What You Bring

-Some proficiency with ground penetrating radar is desired. -Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable motor vehicle record, cleared criminal background check and negative drug test result. -Requires a lot of walking outside year-round through all kinds of terrain and in extreme heat and cold. -Individual will have proficient technical skills; behavioral traits of process oriented, steady, helpful, honest, trustworthy, adaptable, analytical, problem solver, likes work alone when required, methodical, consistent, detail oriented, precise, hates mistakes, likes structure. -Excellent problem-solving skills. -Multiple office locations to work from: Stick close to home or travel for a change of scenery. -3 to 5 year's progressive experience in Utility Locating along with Subsurface Utility Engineering “SUE” field operations, proficiency with SUE locating equipment. -Sound functional/technical skills in the role.
