What You Bring

-Knowledge and application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software -Team-oriented with proven oral and written skills to support company SH&E policy and procedural requirements -Demonstrate journeyman field proficiency in implementing and reviewing site-specific safety plans and programs -A minimum of 5 years experience in Safety Health and Environment field -Display working knowledge of SH&E regulatory codes to include both federal and state -Understand all SH&E processes and procedures in support of SH&E requirements within an office and field environment -Certification in one or more SH&E fields such as (Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), (GSP) Graduate Safety Practitioner, or equivalent SH&E Project/Program Management experience -Extensive knowledge of OSHA and ANSI regulatory standards -Transit or DEP experience highly desired -Be proficient in SH&E training and able to facilitate this training as required -Show proficiency in SH&E auditing and inspection protocols, behavior-based safety observation program implementation, and development and review of Job Hazard Analysis -Bachelor or Technical degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene or closely related field -Previous SH&E work experience in construction, mining/tunneling, water infrastructure, DOT, Oil and Gas and/or A&E firm
