Tasks

-Maintain and communicate supplier/feeder factory scorecards, coordinating performance reviews when necessary. Maintain quality hold log to ensure material issues blocked from shipping are resolved quickly. This involves Mt. Juliet authored NCR and SupplierNet case resolution. Coordinate locally, feeder factory inspection requests and ensure Mt. Juliet ABB/3PL labor is billed back appropriately. -Own the external quality warehouse PPM KPI for the facility. Ensure ABB customer service submits SalesForce case claims in a manner that the Mt. Juliet 3PL can appropriately investigate and disposition. Work with the 3PL to identify trends in credit approvals. Be the liaison between customers and the 3PL if 8D/corrective action requests occur. Work with ABB sales/account managers to continuously improve customer satisfaction. -Manage a team of salary and hourly individuals supporting the return and processing of sellable and warranty goods. Ensure KPI metrics and achieved. -Aide in site ISO certification activities, which includes ensuring QMS and work instruction procedures are up to date. Become a SME for the newly integrated, SAP based WMS platform, EWM.

-Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. -Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and 5S is preferred -Skilled in Excel, SAP and Power BI, a plus -Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field -Minimum 4+ years experience in the following: Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance & Excellence, Data Analysis & Reporting, ISO Knowledge and understanding, people management
