The Role
Overview
Develop and manage project risk framework across EPC projects.

Tasks
-Support project control and cost/schedule teams with probabilistic risk analysis for forecasts and contingency planning. -Work with discipline leads and project management to develop mitigation and contingency action plans. -Quantify risks using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, sensitivity analysis). -Participate in internal and external audits and risk reviews. -Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and client review. -Identify potential technical, commercial, HSE, schedule, and cost risks across all EPCM disciplines. -Ensure risk management is integrated into the project lifecycle, decision-making, and reporting processes. -Update the risk register regularly and ensure timely escalation of high-impact risks. -Support lessons-learned documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. -Develop and maintain the project risk management plan, procedures, and risk register in accordance with corporate and client standards. -Evaluate opportunities for risk reduction and project optimization. -Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. -Track implementation and effectiveness of mitigation measures. -Ensure adherence to corporate risk management policies and client contractual requirements. -Communicate risk exposure trends and recommend corrective actions.

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of project controls, cost and schedule risk integration, and risk quantification techniques. -Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in risk management within major Oil & Gas EPC / EPCM projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline. -Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. -Familiarity with project management systems and tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). -Proficiency in risk analysis software such as Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA / Pertmaster), @RISK, or Safran Risk.
