  • Selection and specification of pressure, level, flow, and analytical instruments for process control applications.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across multiple BMcD offices for project execution and standard compliance.
  • Technical bid evaluation, vendor drawing reviews and technical compliance verification.
  • Coordination with process and electrical teams for system integration.
  • Instrument data sheets, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules in compliance with NEC and ISA standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Instrumentation layouts, loop diagrams, and control panel design for construction.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control engineering for industrial & municipal water / wastewater treatment projects.
  • PLC programming, configuration, and integration with process control and automation systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
  • Experience on U.S. based EPC or design-build projects preferred.
  • P&IDs, instrument index, and I/O lists for multiple water and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Quality assurance, adherence to project schedule, and meeting client requirements.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Plant 3D, and AutoCAD for instrumentation design and coordination.
  • Knowledge of NEC, ISA, and U.S. local codes and standards.
  • Control logic and signal interfaces between field instruments and SCADA / DCS / PLC systems.
  • Innovation and improvement in I&C engineering design practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
