Sell and manage new luxury retirement homes, guiding prospects from enquiry to move‑in.

Tasks
-Convert enquiries into qualified viewings, reservations, and completions, consistently achieving sales targets. -Uphold RVGs values, promoting a culture of community, care, and excellence. -Support marketing events, open days, and local networking to raise awareness and drive interest. -Deliver outstanding customer care, acting as the single point of contact for all prospects. -Take full ownership of sales activity for the development - from lead management to completion. -Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, helping them make positive choices about their next chapter. -Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. -Collaborate with the Village Manager and wider team to ensure smooth handovers and an exceptional move-in experience.

What You Bring
-A full UK driving licence -Excellent negotiation and closing ability -Confidently present the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of the development - both off-plan and in-person as residents begin to move in. -A consistent record of achieving or exceeding KPIs -Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools -Proven experience in new homes, estate agency, or retirement living sales (ideally including off-plan experience) -Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
