Site & Inventory Support Officer

Overview

Manage depot inventory, fuel logistics, and admin support using SAP.

Tasks

-Support inventory management by maintaining data, storage, control, and recording systems (e.g., SAP) for depot materials. -Provide administrative support including SAP payroll, invoice processing, and general office duties. -Use SAP to order and receipt materials, conduct stocktakes, and manage inventory levels. -Provide contractor management support, assist in oversight of facility compliance databases. -Coordinate ordering, receiving, and reconciliation of bulk fuel for the Portsmith Bulk Fuel Facility. -Manage onsite dispatch and deliveries, and arrange offsite pickups for trade staff.
