Tasks
-Draft, update, and maintain corporate entity records across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance. -Manage compliance reporting, personal property tax filings, and internal recordkeeping. -Oversee real estate closings, document recording, and notarial services, ensuring all filings are timely and compliant. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve corporate and compliance issues. -Support employment litigation matters, including discovery coordination and case management. -Conduct legal research and assist in preparing corporate filings, contracts, memorandums, and legal correspondence. -Professional Growth: Engage with industry leaders and stay ahead of evolving regulations. -Review and draft nationwide real estate contracts and transaction documents. -Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms.

What You Bring
-3+ years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and/or real estate (experience in a highly regulated industry such as mortgage, lending, or finance is a plus). -Bachelor’s degree required; Notary (RON) certification preferred. -Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. -Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and contract or entity management software. -Strong business insight with the ability to apply legal and regulatory knowledge to real-world operations. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
