Tasks

-Develop and implement a strategic pricing roadmap to drive revenue growth and profitability across product group factories. -Lead the design and validation of end-to-end pricing initiatives, models, methodologies, and tools. -Lead pricing-related projects including timeline planning, deliverable definition, and stakeholder communication, in coordination with HUB and BU pricing teams. -Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance and key metrics. -Partner with Sales and GPMMs to define and execute competitive pricing strategies. -Provide pricing recommendations and guidelines aligned with market trends and segment opportunities. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Co-develop dynamic pricing tools with the data analytics team to respond to evolving market needs. -Present pricing performance insights and strategic updates to senior management and global stakeholders. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to access data sources and gain insights into pricing strategies and market dynamics. -Apply statistical and analytical models to assess the impact of pricing strategies on profitability.

What You Bring

-Good experience in pricing analysis, revenue forecasting, and market share evaluation. -Familiarity with pricing management tools and techniques. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Strong commercial and business acumen in a global B2B environment, with practical knowledge of pricing concepts (e.g., margins, cost splits, transfer pricing, market pricing, contribution margins, percentile pricing, discount structures). -Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office is preferred. -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. -Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Collaborative experience with Sales and Marketing teams on strategic initiatives. -Comfortable working across time zones and regions (e.g., USA to Australia). -Skilled in presenting pricing insights and challenges to diverse stakeholders. -Prior experience in pricing or sales of industrial products, preferably in electrical power systems (e.g., GCB, Instrument Transformers, Surge Arresters, Capacitors, Disconnectors).
