Tasks

-Guiding and overseeing the Site Management teams locally/regionally, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed. -Coordinating on-site activities across the project portfolio, ensuring successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and Health, Safety and Environment requirements. -Leading the implementation of continuous improvements across various Site Management processes and tools within local or regional Site Operations. -Working in close collaboration with the Document Manager and ensuring the site is connected to the central document handling system.

What You Bring

-You are good at handling customer, site and stakeholders -You have 15 to 20 years of experience in Project Execution and Site Operations -Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time) -You are highly skilled in Site Operation from Switchgear market -You have hands on experience in unloading storage, movement of materials, erection, commissioning, testing and hand-over to customer -Willingness to travel 60% -Possess an enhanced knowledge of MV Switchgears products -You are at ease communicating in English
