-Develop and deliver engaging product seminars and training materials, ensuring consistent technical messaging worldwide. -Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to test, validate, and improve new product designs. -Partner with customers to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems, helping them optimize performance and uptime. -Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and hands-on training sessions in global markets. -Act as a key liaison between field experience and internal teams to drive continuous product and process improvements. -Provide technical support and training to distributors and customers, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on Fintube products.

What You Bring

-Proven public speaking and training skills with the ability to lead engaging sessions for groups of 10 or more. -3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical systems. -Ability to obtain and use a personal credit card for business travel (minimum $3,000 limit). -Comfortable working in both office and shop environments. -A college degree or trade school certificate in a related field preferred. -Ability to lift 40–80 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and squatting. -Must be able to move across a multi-building complex and travel by vehicle or air as required. -Willingness and flexibility to travel 40–60% domestically and internationally. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical documentation. -Strong communication and customer service skills, with professionalism in both technical and cross-cultural settings.
