The Role

Overview

Support field data collection, monitoring and remediation consulting for contaminated sites.

Tasks

-Contribute to contamination investigations and remediation projects of varying size and complexity. -Assist with fieldwork and environmental data collection across a variety of project sites, including short, medium and / or long-term site programs in QLD, and occasionally work interstate to support the national GRS team as opportunities arise. -Learn from Technical Experts: Enhance and share knowledge, skills and ideas from industry leaders that are essential to career progression. -Graduate Induction: Participate in an event to meet fellow graduates and connect with leaders in the business. -Submit Your Application: Complete the job application, uploading your resume, cover letter and the latest copy of your academic transcripts as one single document. -Collect, handle, and manage environmental samples from a range of media, ensuring sample quality. -Support surface water and groundwater monitoring programs. -Prepare and support the development of technical environmental reports.

-Ability to provide high-quality data management using industry-standard tools. -Flexibility to complete a wide range of site programs, with dedication to site safety. -Ability to obtain Defence security clearance. -A driver’s licence is essential for the role. -Online Assessment : Complete our global online strength-based assessment. -Driver's Licence: As the role includes traveling to various sites across Queensland, a driver’s licence is essential for the role. -Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. -Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026. -Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology or Geoscience. -Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Defence security clearance.
