Design residential/commercial projects using CAD, 3D modeling, drafting, and site supervision.
Prepare construction document. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials and finishes align with design intent. Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives. Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Revit , Rhino 3D and similar.
