Assist with formatting
Develop Style Guide for RFP standards and narrative consistencies
Provide timely response to content requests that are developed per established strategy and messaging
Lead key sections of the submittal, work closely with SMEs to interview and gather information while developing content that is compliant with requirements of the RFP
Provide ‘one-voice’ edit of final documents
Participate in strategy and storyboarding sessions
Develop, write, edit, tailor, or create new technical content for proposals
Review and edit narratives and proposal sections to ensure content is compliant with RFP and consistent with team strategy
Update content libraries consistently and thoroughly
Participate in proposal kickoff, color reviews, and status meetings
Evaluate feedback from each review and address comments provided by review teams

3+ years of proposal writing experience in the AEC Industry
Understanding of the proposal color review process
Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
Strong research skills
Experience working on complex proposals for state and/or local agencies
Understand compliance and instructions for their sections
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University in Communications, English, Technical Writing, or a related program
Exceptional communication skills
Experience working with and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites
Technical Writing skills
Excellent grammar and editing skills
Journalism skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
3-5 years of technical writing experience covering topics such as (alternative delivery, best value selection proposal sections, construction or design technical approaches, resumes of job staff, project experience biographies, executive summaries)
Experience with developing proposal content with technical teams
