Tasks

-Provides support for other engineering activities as required. -May supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance. -Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status. -Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower level Engineers working on the same project.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management -Middle East/Gulf Countries experience preferred but not essential -Minimum 10 years’ experience in BIM Implementation on Infrastructure Utilities Projects -Possess excellent English communication skills -Experience either from a Consultant or Contractor Environment on Infrastructure Projects -Experience with ISO and UK BIM Standards -Proficient in a range of BIM authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications and/or platforms e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Open Buildings Designer, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Cost X, Synchro, BIM 360 / ACC, ProjectWise etc. -Possess excellent oral communication skills with an ability to form effective relationships with Project Delivery Team, Client (Appointing Party), and Contractor (Lead Appointed Party) under time pressure. -Possess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.
