Finance manager partnering with hub manager to drive financial performance across IMEAA.

Tasks
-Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards (A&RP and USGAAP) and financial closing schedules. -Supports the development, staffing, and direction of the Finance Organization in collaboration with HR Business Partners, leadership team and BL Finance Management. -Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Supervises the adherence to Internal Controls (SOX) to secure correctness of financial reporting (Atlas / ABACUS) following the applicable Group, Division and Country standards, regulations, and guidelines (incl. A&RP and USGAAP). Supports the remediation of identified deficiencies (GRCM) within the area of responsibility. -Leads, provides guidance, and facilitates best practice sharing between Local Finance Managers within the Hub in consistency with controlling practices within the BL. Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant Local Finance Managers, Finance Group functions and other internal functions to identify areas for continues improvement. -Monitors the financial performance of the Hub, provides insight and analysis to support operational decision making. Identifies issues and supports management on action plans to drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital. -Assesses commercial and financial risks, defines and follows actions to mitigate impact on business performance. Supports the risk management process, regarding tender calculations (full cost model), project cash flow and exposure analysis including foreign exchange, risk and opportunity assessments (incl. inflation and currency fluctuations) and other commercial items. -Translates financial position into realistic forecasts and establishes actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return. Manages the forecasting process for the Hub, evaluates financial implications, builds scenarios, and recommends actions. -Contributes as key partner for the Hub Manager in determining and developing the execution model for the Hub in alignment with the BL strategy.

What You Bring
-Excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language(s) is of advantage. -Willingness to travel (appr. 20%) and to drive positive changes in a dynamic environment. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in business finance management with P&L responsibility. -Strong collaboration and managerial skills, team player -Desired experience in industrial medium to large multinational companies as well as solid US GAAP expertise. -Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or in Business Administration, or similar level.
